We need to adopt the innovation of the tech world in our everyday community life. We are still playing the game like our parents and grand parents did but the rules changed completely!

We need to bring a changed mindset to your local and national governments as well. We can not keep doing the status quo or we will no longer be able to say we are the greatest nation in the world and that scares me!

Why would in the year 2014 We believe that its OK to still govern as its 1970s to run our infrastructure? It’s crazy to not push our systems towards a future that is growth based and positive results based! We see that the systems as it stands has failed and now we need to change the way we think! We are now at a cross road of our country and what we decided to build over the next few years we will decide on our course and will it be one of growth and innovation or will it be stagnate?

How do we change things well we take lessons from innovators both in government and in the private sector we look at what they have done and what process they use.

We then need to get people together to work with these processes to come up with multiple solutions to the issues our society faces.

We then need to put some backing behind it “it Takes money to make money” well it takes money to change the world. The systems we have been using do not work anymore for our communities. Im not a politician just someone who wants change!

Large tech companies try to think outside the box and end up only creating another box. This new one for a few years is productive and innovative to a point then its just a box again. They forget that they were once the basement guy the dreamers and fringe in their fields.

They forget they didn’t learn it in class or internship they learned it in the basement of parents or the apartment with only a dollar and a dream. They forget that mindset. This happens to all successful companies for profit and not for profit, how we fix this is not just challenging staff and being creative its also going back to the basements of the world finding talent there! Its looking at other fields and not being afraid to fail again it teaches us!

The United States has a huge defense budget that is why we are the top of the world wide military chain. There is so much we can do if we just say we want it now! We need to pay for our Human Service programs like we pay for our military!

We need comprehensive sustainable energy programs now not later! We need Civil rights act as LBJ did when he signed the first one we need one for all Americans Gay, straight or otherwise! We need a single payer system and to give our Veterans the same healthcare our congressional members have!
We need to invest in our children and educational systems! Mentor base programs and focus on job training/business programs.

We need to have regulations while making it easier for the small business and American worker to make it by increasing wages which in turn will create a buying boom!
